삭제 및 보관 안내
요청이 확인되면 계정과 삭제 대상 개인정보를 처리합니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 결제 기록과 VPN 접속 기록은 개인정보처리방침 및 접속 기록 보관 고지에 정한 기간 동안 보관된 뒤 삭제됩니다. 계정 삭제는 Apple App Store 구독을 해지하지 않으므로, 향후 결제를 중단하려면 Apple 계정의 구독 설정에서 별도로 해지해 주세요.
StageVPN account and data deletion request
If you can sign in, delete your account in the StageVPN app under Account → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email us to request deletion.
Include the email address registered to your StageVPN account. We may ask for additional information to verify the request.
Deletion and retention
After verifying your request, we process deletion of your account and personal data eligible for deletion. Payment records and VPN connection logs required by law are retained for the periods described in our Privacy Policy and Connection Log Notice, then deleted. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple App Store subscription; cancel it separately in your Apple account subscription settings to stop future charges.
