This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies that nbase (엔베이스) (trade name: NBASE KOREA Co., Ltd. (엔베이스코리아 주식회사); the “Company,” “we” or “us”) uses on the StageVPN website, the login and payment pages, the apps and the Chrome extension. For how we process personal information in general, please also see our Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
- Cookies: Small text files that a website stores in your browser, used to keep you logged in or for security checks.
- Browser storage: Technologies, such as local storage and session storage, that store information within the browser.
- App and extension storage: The way the apps store login information and settings in the device’s secure storage, and the extension stores them in the browser’s extension-only storage.
- SDK identifiers: Installation and instance identifiers created by tools included in the apps (e.g., Firebase) for error analysis or sending notifications.
2. Website (stagevpn.com)
The StageVPN introduction pages, legal notices and blog do not currently use cookies or browser storage, and we have not installed any visitor analytics or ad tracking tools. If we introduce such tools, we will first update this policy and obtain consent where necessary.
3. Login and Payment Pages
The StageVPN apps, desktop apps and Chrome extension may open a sign-in page in your browser when you log in. We do not set our own cookies on this sign-in page: the sign-in result is passed back to the app as a one-time code, and no login token is stored in the browser. However, the following companies may set cookies on the social login and web payment screens used from the sign-in page.

We do not use advertising cookies on the login and payment pages. Cookies set by the social login providers and Stripe are governed by each company’s privacy policy and cookie policy. If we start using our own cookies, we will update this policy first.
4. Apps, Desktop Apps and the Chrome Extension

We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA, Android advertising ID) in the apps for personalized advertising.
5. Behavioral Information and Personalized Advertising
We do not currently provide personalized advertising based on behavioral information, and we do not allow third parties to collect behavioral information for personalized advertising through our website, apps or extension.
6. How to Refuse or Delete Cookies
You can refuse cookies or delete stored cookies in your browser settings. Menu names may vary by browser and version.
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies / Delete browsing data
- Safari (iPhone): Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced > Block All Cookies; to delete, Settings > Apps > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
- Safari (Mac): Safari Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
For advertising identifiers, you can turn off tracking requests or delete or reset your advertising ID under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on iPhone, and under Settings > Privacy (or Google) > Ads on Android.
If you refuse cookies from a social login provider or Stripe, you will not be able to use that sign-in method or web payments.
7. Changes to This Policy
This policy applies from 1 October 2026. If its content changes, for example when we introduce new cookies or analytics tools, we will post a notice on the website at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Please send inquiries to privacy@stagevpn.com.
